This is the recycled outfit created for THE FUTURE FITS FORUM SERIES: a challenge to combine existing stocks of the iconic Levi’s 501 with a new responsible technological fabric to create a totally new version of the future.
The concept created by Meidea and BLU’N ME: CAST OF EASE
In our pursuit of excellence in garments creation, we have prioritized the comfort of the pants by improving the fit, ensuring roominess and providing greater freedom of movement. Looking ahead, we conceive a future where fit evolves through rationalized sizing, eliminating the constraints of fixed sizes.
The functionality and adaptable fit of the jacket are enhanced by the fusion of kimono and work jacket elements. To complete this outfit, an apron inspired by the 5 pocket jeans design, featuring a double side opening.
Our particular attention to internal stitching and binding details enhances the premium aspect of the garments, ensuring an aesthetic appearance even from the inside. We envision a future where garments are made to the highest standards, offering long-lasting durability.
This project has been meticulously eco-designed to minimize waste (which was close to zero) and the entire use of all original garment components, the accessories and the denim fabric given, in line with our commitment to sustainability.
